This was our best stay in the entire 15 days trip. Even though we were concerned about the location as it's not in Goreme or Uchisar, but as soon as we got there we had no regrets. Firstly, this hotel is in a very peaceful location with exceptional view of valleys and mountains. Second best was their fabulous breakfast. Excellent room and super spacious bathroom with jacuzzi. Very clean, comfortable and perfectly heated room centrally. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, provided us extra service completely free!! Best experience indeed!

We were shocked at how good the food was here. We had just come from Istanbul and wasn’t impressed with the food or hotel there but loved every meal at Hezen! We also loved that you could get your own drinks AND do laundry on-site! So nice to have a fresh change of clothes for the long plane ride home.

The room was just as stunning and clean as they appeared in the photos. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive, always quick to reply on WhatsApp, even late at night. Plus, we had access to a fully equipped kitchen on the property, even though we didn't use it. Thank you Esra for making me feel like home!

I rarely am so happy with a place! Ayden is fantastic and the place is magical. Ortahisar is touristy enough to have a few restaurants but still quiet, and retains its charm compared to goreme which feels a bit like disneyland even in low season. Great, massive breakfast and oh, it's a real cave. The view and the st nino chapel are a great bonus! Really, a wonderful place and manager

The room was charming as was the exterior terraces. It’s located off the main road, on a back street, so it’s quite there. Walking to town & castle is close by. Breakfast staff was lovely. Great hosts, helped make Ballon ride arrangements.

A lovely small hotel, the room was very nicely decorated, in every detail, painted wooden doors and painted walls, a very comfortable bed, a jacuzzi perfect after walking all the day. The breakfast was nice with amazing views of Ortahisar castle and village. Ortahisar is the most authentic village of the region and the hotel is right in the center. The man in the reception was very polite and friendly, although we arrived late at night.
