The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfy. We booked to cave rooms and whilst initially sceptical that they were real, I was given two beautiful cave rooms that had been restored from historic dwellings that even when hot or very wet outside stay a nice ambient temperature. No need to A/C even in temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius. The view of the "castle" is also very good. The facility is very new so everything was clean and in working order and if it wasn't (we had a bar fridge break down) it was quickly replaced. It was nice to have a pool (as tiny as it was) and a spa bath in the room to relax after a long day of walking/sightseeing etc. It is easy to walk to the castle from the hotel and probably a quicker walk then drive to the middle of town which has some of the nicest, cheapest eats in Cappadocia (and no rip off "service" charge rubbish). I would happily stay again!

The staff were amazing and were always there to help us regardless of what we needed. The room had a great view of the Ortahisar castle. Breakfast had good food and had variations every day. The room was a real cave and was really good value for money. Would recommend staying here. They would help with Taxis as well and its easy to get into other towns in Cappadocia.

Lokalizacja, zaraz na przeciwko zamku Ortahisar. Pokój wykuty w skale. Nie ma klimatyzacji, ale była zupełnie nie potrzebna. Przed pokojem taki mały tarasik, gdzie można spokojnie wieczorem wypić herbatę. Obsługa bardzo miła, zwłaszcza recepcjonista Orhan. Obiekt wybraliśmy przypadkowo, ale bardzo dobrze, że wybraliśmy Ortahisar, a nie Goreme, bo tu jest spokojniej i przyjemniej. Śniadanie na tarasie z widokiem. Bardzo wszystko miłe i bardzo dobrze wspominam te 4 noce w Kapadocji.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige locatie. Wanneer je andere plaatsen wilt bezoeken helpt het personeel je met het regelen van een taxi.
