I totally enjoyed my stay at Guzide Hotel starting from check-in till check-out and even a while after it. Everything was perfect: WiFi was good enough for me to work, clean spacious room, big bathroom, hot water was there all the time, the breakfast was yummy, very nice dining area and terraces! The owner Murat and his brother Yusuf were super friendly and helpful. Please don't hesitate to book hot air baloons and other tours with them, be sure that they will do their best to get you the best deal! The hotel is very close to the observation point to watch the baloons.

Our stone rooms were built with local stones in the Old Cappadocian style to mimic the cave experience. Hotel is great to see the balloons from the terraces. Staff was very nice and professional. There was a hiccup with the service once which was taken very seriously by the staff.

The breakfast was delicious! The room was very beautiful and very clean! We really like the ensuite (bath room , bath tub, toilet) which was underground wow amazing! The view to look at the air balloon was astonishing! we were at the very right place! You won't be deceived. The owner and the staffs were very friendly and very kind and very helpful. They arranged our private taxi, the air ballon and the ATV. They always respond on whatsapp so you won't need to wait for an answer if you want more information. ☺️ WE will definitely come again.
