Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

We had a great time at the desert shade camp. Maya was so lovely and accommodating. She got us towels and was so helpful. We had an air conditioned cabin which was simple but felt authentic and was a very unique stay. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning with hummus and coffee and dates. There was no dinner option but there were lots of nearby restaurants that were lovely and reasonably priced. An amazing view of the crater and a great stay would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was wonderful! The area is gorgeous... we loved the hut we stayed in. We enjoyed drinking tea on our back "deck", enjoying the night sky.. and the quiet...

This was a perfect family vacation with our toddler. At day, there was more animals around than she could feed, and all of them gentle and friendly. At night, campfire and stars. Strongly recommend! A well equipped kitchen and excellently maintained cabin made things easy for mom & dad, and the nearby crater edge was absolutely stunning at sunset and easy to reach by bike.

Unique, one of a kind place to stay. Beautiful location. Highlight was being befriended by one of the farm's dogs who slept outside our cabin, curled up around our campfire and even accompanied us on our mini-trek with one of the alpacas.

A little gem on the edge of the 'crater' with great views! The clay hut we stayed in was comfortable. Staff was friendly and let us check in a bit later. Good breakfast and freshly brewed coffee in the common room.

The Alpaca farm was truly magical and I highly recommend it! After spending 1 week between Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem it was great to get back to nature and do something the kids would enjoy. We arrived before sunset and were able to join the team in feeding the animals (alpacas, goats, horses, ducks....) the kids loved it! There is beautiful hiking nearby. At night, we were able to make a camp fire and spent the evening looking at the stars. The cabin was very comfortable and the team was lovely. It was truly the highlight of our trip!

I had a lovely stay at the zimmer which is a separate unit from the owner's house. It almost looks like a wooden cabin. Everything was tastefuly done and the electric heater in the shower is a great addition for cold weather. I enjoyed my brief stay and highly recommend it for 1 or 2 people.
