Here at Hey Bear Capsule Hotel, guests can enjoy their leisure time in the shared lounge. Games and TV are provided. For guests’ convenience, hotel staff are glad to assist guests with free luggage storage and provide tour information at the front desk. Extra features vending machines with drinks.

Beautiful comfortable space. Great value. Closer to MRT. Staff was good. The bad part is that there is no staff until 10 Am. They will not check in until 3 pm. I arrived at 6AM and could not even go to reception until 11 am.. If you lose or misplace your key card or get locked out there is no rescue and you may end up sleeping in reception or outside the hotel. No one picks up the phone or line. So, be careful if you have emergencies. Otherwise, it is great place. I locked out when I was about to checkout at 11 am so it was OK and she could come and collect the key accidentally left inside the capsule.

Happiness meworld features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV in the Daan District district of Taipei. The property is located 1.4 km from Liaoning Night Market, 1.7 km from Tonghua Street Night Market and 2.7 km from Daan Park. The property is 100 metres from the city centre and 1.2 km from Taipei Arena.

The rooms at the capsule hotel are equipped with a seating area. All units include bed linen.

Two outstanding features of this hostel are the very comfortable dorm beds and the really nice shower heads. I was blown away by the quality of the facilities and the price point.

Looking for a capsule hotel?

Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.

Conveniently located, and directly above a wholesale market, which meant you could easily get lots of supplies, snacks and souvenirs even at a ridiculously cheap rate. The staff were in general helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to various attractions. The service is top-notch, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. What impressed me even more was the affordability of the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent service, and budget-friendly prices.

A very cosy capsule hotel. Facilities are great and the bed is cosy. It's reminiscent of those japanese capsule hotels. Very worth the price. Location is amazing as it's located right at the heart of the Ximending district.

Great and convenient location, sheets were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pods themselves were great: lockable, with universal charging ports inside. All in all good for the price.

Everything was super clean and the the vibe theme was "earth friendly". This was the fist time I had seen this in a capsule hotel. Super convenient to main train station, subways and buses. I was easily able to get to a small park about an hour away to play pickleball with some locals, way out to Shiffen Falls and Old Street as well as Taipei 101.

Unbeatable easy-going solution for the price if you want to have something better than a bunk bed but still on a budget. My sleeping pod/capsule was very spacious and clean, with enough space to keep all my stuff, plugs, and a reading light. The staff was nice and responsive and easily arranged for me to check in after hours and to keep the luggage on the checkout day.

Perfect location (nearest exit to Taoyuan MRT) and within walking distance to other public transport hubs. Most comfortable bunk bed situation hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Felt more like a capsule hotel than a hostel and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and considerate. I will for sure consider staying here again if I am back to Taipei.
