Here at Hey Bear Capsule Hotel, guests can enjoy their leisure time in the shared lounge. Games and TV are provided. For guests’ convenience, hotel staff are glad to assist guests with free luggage storage and provide tour information at the front desk. Extra features vending machines with drinks. Beautiful comfortable space. Great value. Closer to MRT. Staff was good. The bad part is that there is no staff until 10 Am. They will not check in until 3 pm. I arrived at 6AM and could not even go to reception until 11 am.. If you lose or misplace your key card or get locked out there is no rescue and you may end up sleeping in reception or outside the hotel. No one picks up the phone or line. So, be careful if you have emergencies. Otherwise, it is great place. I locked out when I was about to checkout at 11 am so it was OK and she could come and collect the key accidentally left inside the capsule.

Very friendly and helpful staff and location is excellent! Walking distance to Taipei main station, Ximen yet very quiet place. Stayed there for 2 nights and had a good sleep both days! And check out time is 12pm...very good:))

Conveniently located, and directly above a wholesale market, which meant you could easily get lots of supplies, snacks and souvenirs even at a ridiculously cheap rate. The staff were in general helpful and friendly.
A very cosy capsule hotel. Facilities are great and the bed is cosy. It's reminiscent of those japanese capsule hotels. Very worth the price. Location is amazing as it's located right at the heart of the Ximending district.
The location was very convenient, subway and bus stops not far away. Many sights in walking distance. Nice Japanese restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
-Right outside Daan Station Exit 6, it was so close i took a while to register how convenient it is - Spacious room with Taipei 101 views, room 1608 was facing 101 straight and it was symmetrically between 2 buildings, awesome! - Clean Bathroom with shower and bathtub - Japanese style bidet in the toilet and hotel lobby toilet. - Super friendly bell boys and staff, always make me feel super welcomed when i go back to the hotel - Numerous food options around, suitable for all occasions and timings
Hostel was clean, each capsule had curtains which provided privacy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient location, 5 min walk to Taipei Main Station.
It was a convenient location and the other guests were very nice. The staff was friendly and some spoke Japanese.
I stayed at this hostel a few years ago, and I really enjoyed the idea of a capsule hotel and this place felt exciting and well done. The capsules themselves are a good design, with nice lighting options and a comfy bed and comforter. It did not feel claustrophobic inside the pods, because the ceiling is a little taller.
Everything was super clean and the the vibe theme was "earth friendly". This was the fist time I had seen this in a capsule hotel. Super convenient to main train station, subways and buses. I was easily able to get to a small park about an hour away to play pickleball with some locals, way out to Shiffen Falls and Old Street as well as Taipei 101.
Perfect location (nearest exit to Taoyuan MRT) and within walking distance to other public transport hubs. Most comfortable bunk bed situation hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Felt more like a capsule hotel than a hostel and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and considerate. I will for sure consider staying here again if I am back to Taipei.
