The room was spotlless, as was the bathroom and the breakfasts were superb. Maria and Martin were very welcoming and made us feel at home. It was perfect for access to the main part of Stratford too. Also, the pub just a little way down the road was lovely.

We loved staying in The Winton House! It was perfect for our group of two adults and three young adult children as we had two rooms. The rooms were lovely and very large with nice large bathrooms. The breakfast was huge and very good. The drive into Stratford took less time than we expected (just 10 min) and we were so glad to be outside the city in the evenings because the village of Upper Quinton was peaceful and picturesque. We had a beautiful view out our window and we walked to the pub for dinner in the evening. So lovely!

My mother is 89 years old and has been visiting Stratford since she was fifteen - I think with this delightful cottage, one of the oldest residences in Stratford, we still managed to make it a memorable visit!
100% happy with our holiday home and the area , close to all historic buildings and sights, a quiet lane with great character. The cottage was well equipped, warm comfortable with its own style, we absolutely loved our temporary home. Great communication with host who offered little tips on places near by to visit. Would stay again.
The flat was extremely central and clean. It was a fab location and very comfortable. The beds were grim but everyone slept really well and there was a lovely welcome pack and milk in the fridge when we arrived. One of the best independent holiday homes we’ve stayed in!
The pictures of the property really don't do it justice. beautifully furnished with everything you could want in a holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A wonderfully generous welcome pack was provided, wine chocolates, biscuits, milk and also tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Quiet area, withinwalking distance of the town. I can highly recommend this property.
Absolutely stunning, luxury holiday home. Extremely peaceful, lovely friendly hosts who kept in touch through the week in case we needed anything. Well placed for access to Stratford, Leamington, Warwick Castle.
We stayed for three nights with five people and a dog. A very lovingly furnished holiday home, very clean and perfectly located for us. We enjoyed the bottle of red wine on the first evening. Everything was perfect, we would love to come back.
This holiday home is a historical terrace house with modernised throughout refurbishment. it is well kept and spotless clean as well. The owner also provided us with a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy in addition to coffee capsules, a pack of cookies, a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of orange juice and a bottle of milk. We will definitely come to stay again when we travel to this area.
