The staff was always ready and available to help, even with small trivial problems not even involving the hotel.
The room was just big enough to still feel warm and cozy. We were on the seventh floor and had a nice view of the apartment buildings across the street. No city view, sadly, but considering the bed is right next to the window, it wouldn't be ideal anyway as it would be harder to sleep.
The room came equipped with everything a traveller could want. No need to pack soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a quality hair dryer - it was all provided for us in the room. The kitchen also has everything one might need - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, you name it.
The hotel also offers a laundry service!
If you're looking for a small apartment you can relax in while not running around London, this is definitely the place to book. Both Edgeware road and Paddington station are also a very short walk from it.

The flat is huge (for central London), beautifully decorated, very comfortable, extremely well equipped (including Nespresso machine) and very clean. High ceilings, lovely art work and seriously plush sofas add to the luxury feel. Very good wifi. The location in the heart of Mayfair is excellent, with local shops, restaurants and bars. Many sights are within walking distance, including the West End. Green Park tube is only a 5 minute walk, and buses even closer.

It's a nice and comfortable place and my wife and kids love it..The location is easily accessible. Everything needed was available in the apartment. .Great location within a few minutes walk to the underground and can get around London really quick. An amazing cafe right opposite the apartment. Price is pretty good for the space we got vs a hotel room. The fridge was a win for us to keep our water cold and having a smart TV so we could watch iplayer etc and FREE Internet. A fair space for a London holiday home.
this was by far one of our best experiences of staying at a holiday home. The house was spacious and hosts attended went overboard to see that we had a comfortable stay. Took out calls mid night to give directions and offered to come to the home if we had problems getting into key safe.
stay was pleasant and home was spotlessly clean would have stayed longer but for work.
