We absolutely LOVED our stay at Fisherman’s Cottage. It’s just perfect. So well equipped, feels like home from home and everything is spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect location for the beach which is just over the road. Loads of great parking, beautiful duck pond. It’s beautifully furnished with comfy sofas, comfy beds and a beautiful inglenook fireplace. It was our first visit and we were thrilled with everything. Communication from the host/owner is superb and the housekeeper Vanda is brilliant. We loved it so much we booked again while we were there and can’t thank Carl enough for letting us and our dogs stay at this beautiful cottage. Thank you!😍

it was a absolutely beautiful house with the brook running along side it. There's a lovely little pub down the road that serves homemade traditional pub meals and everyone was so friendly and everything is just a short walk away.

The cottage is so specious in a lovely quiet little village. Perfect for a couple and a pooch. You have most things you could need and a lovely little outdoor space for the dog so you can relax and just let them out. Log burner is a lovely little touch and the sofas and bed are really comfy.
Breakfast was great. Cereal, fruit juice then full hot breakfast with toast and tea or coffee. Village is 10 minute walk away with 2 pubs, 2 takeaways an Italian restaurant and a co op supermarket. Louth is 20 mins by car and has everything not available locally. Property has been updated and decorated recently. Liked the en suite shower room, comfy beds, tea and coffee making refilled daily. Clean towels each day. Even a hairdryer.
Access to site by a fob operated barrier. Feels secure.
Hosts were brilliant.
Lovely village location, all amenities within walking distance. Short drive to coastal areas. Great pub nearby with fantastic food and an entertainment programme if you fancy a night out.
