Absolutely beautiful and perfectly located near bus stops and a short walk to the train station. The back yard looked like The Secret Garden and the sunroom was definitely a selling point. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very functional. It was cozy and in a quiet, serene neighborhood. It’s also a short walk to the town of Shirley, which is very charming.

A nice, clean, quiet room in a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the LGW airport. Sally is a fantastic host! Amazing conversationalist and intriguing person. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I enjoyed the room and the nice bathroom as well as the peaceful neighborhood and greenery. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent quality accommodation with everything needed for a week's stay - this booking was for colleagues working in this area, and we had already booked other accommodation from this owner, so didn't hesitate to book this property. Contact with the owners was very easy - Rhianna answered the phone when I called to check on extending the booking, and she was very friendly & helpful. This is in a very quiet residential spot and extremely handy for Horley and Godstone. There were 4 beds in this house, and all the single beds are adult-sized. Fantastic value for money, too. We liked it so much, we booked it again for the following week, and are hoping it's available for when we return next week.

Very modern, very large, beautiful back garden and the bedding was warm and comfortable. Parking was located on site, so easy for our family. Two bathrooms with full shower really helped also. All together a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend..!!!
