Grassmere is a semi detached 3 bedroom house in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Horley, it benefits from its own private south facing garden. Plenty of available parking. Fully equipped and furnished with bedding and linen provided. The property has been recently refurbished and provides a clean, light and comfortable living space. The property has a double bedroom a twin room and a single. A common bathroom upstairs with bath and shower. Downstairs we have a good size lounge and separate dining area with table to seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine fridge! Ready for any master chef.

The Belfry shopping centre in Redhill- 10-minute drive or 20-minute bus ride Crawley shopping centre is a 25 minute drive away Bars, pubs, restaurants
