Good breakfast in friendly atmosphere. Clean and quiet location. Easy to find. The owner gave us a lift over to our wedding venue in the morning. I would say that Ana and her partner definitely put themselves out to be welcoming and cooperative in making our short visit a success. I would definitely recommend this b and b and would consider returning here when I next visit east Suffolk.

Attention to every little detail. Homely little place & so very clean & comfortable with a personal touch. private driveway & chairs to sit in the sunshine too.Only few minutes walk away from the village.
Potters Brook certainly has that WOW factor as you walk through the door. Very peaceful and quiet, perfect for exploring Framlingham and surrounding villages. The living room was large with two comfy sofas and the log burner was an added bonus. The kitchen has everything that you need no matter how long you stay. All in all, a beautiful property, well worth the visit. Will definitely be going back.
Cosy and welcoming yet immaculate. Perfect location with lovely walks to the castle, the village, several good pubs and also the countryside right on the doorstep. All enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Although parking is on the road we never found this difficult. Lovely view of the castle from the front bedroom. Enjoyed the electric log burner. Would love to return with a friend or family and have already recommended.
