Location is amazing! The nearby street had a lot of activity but the way the room is positioned was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and mini kitchen was perfect for our needs.

The room was also very comfortable, much more than the average room i had so far in Equator. Delicious breakfast. Would love to come back if i come back to Cuenca ;)

Sofia, the host, was very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place, and was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast and possible to have it early if needed. Convenient location a few minutes from the main plaza. Nice to have a roof top veranda. A beautiful small garden on the ground floor. I stayed för a total of 9 nights and would not hesitate to come back.

Traditionally built apartment complex very close to Cuenca historic centre. Our apartments (we extended our stay so had to move) were simple, but the beds were excellent and there were ample facilities for self catering. We found the rooms well soundproofed. The staff were very friendly and there is secure off street parking. It's about ten minutes walk to the historic centre and many restaurants and bars.
