I like the modern finishings of the suitte: the kitchenette was large and well stocked, the bathroom was also very clean, modern and handsome, stocked with soap, shampoo, handtowels, robe, and more. Nothing left to be desired! The room was very quiet and dark at night. The breakfast room, at the front of the hotel, was clean, and tables set with tablecloths, napkins, silverware, cups and plateware ready on every table. There were items for sale in this area as it is connected to the reception. Handmade jewelry, chocolate, coffee, marmalade, and small handmade crafts. There's a delightful central garden, which was well established and cared for. Outdoor tables and seating have been provided on which quite cozy. · The Owner, Franco, is an excellent Host. Friendly, accommodating, and available when you need him.

The Owner, Franco, is an excellent Host, the lodging is beautifully arranged - a very tasteful and stylish mix of modern and traditional, the Patio and Garden Area are just wonderful. Breakfast and especially the Coffee are also outstanding (There's a different Breakfast prepared every day, including fresh Fruits and tasty Cookies!) We will definitely be staying here again when we revisit Cuenca and will recommend this place to all our friends :)

Franco is a spectacular host! His kindness, attention to detail, excellent breakfast/cappuccinos, and helpfulness are rare. The property is so fabulous-rooms have every amenity you might need, and are beautiful. The two interior courtyards are relaxing and inviting to sit and read. In a way, it is hard to leave the property to see Cuenca! Very convenient and safe location.

Every little corner! It is beautiful and peaceful. Extremely well maintained and with the greatest host on earth! Franco is unbelievably welcoming and accommodating to his guests. He loves what he does and takes care of his property with passion. My family had the best time there, breakfast was our favorite meal and soon my mother in law is coming because she also wants to have the Franco experience. Thanks for making our mornings such lovely memories! I will be back!

This place is very well organized and especially the hosts are outstanding. The rooms are well-designed, the shower is excellent and the beds really comfortable. The building was restored with a lot of passion and love for details and has a beautiful patio. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Great Italian coffee is served. The breakfast is delicious and contains a surprise dish for every day. Franco, the owner, is very helpful, generous and really cares for his guests. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Franco was an amazing host, who knows how to make his guests feel like at home. The suites feel very comfortable, the hotel overall is nicely decorated and clean and located only a few minutes walking from the center. Also very calm since the suites are located away from the street, you can barely hear any noise from the street.

Hostal Suite Le Fabrique could not have been better. Great location. Easy walking to everything in Cuenca. Right on the Tranvia lightrail line to the bus terminal and airport. Super quiet. Lovingly decorated rooms/suites and courtyards. Everything is new, modern with a touch of traditional, and immaculate. Franco is a wonderful host who makes you feel like family. Don't miss breakfast. Different every day. Incredible flavors! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice and cosy place with a great owner. It's in the city centre, but the rooms are absolutely quiet as they are in the back and look onto green patios. The room itself was very good and clean, especially very modern shower. It was a maisonette with steep stairs which was nice for me, but maybe not for everyone. The breakfast is also fantastic, especially the real Italian coffee. The tram which leads to the bus terminal and airport is around the corner.
