The hotel is our favorite when we're in Cuenca. It was our 4th time and we will be back at the end of Septembre. Even if it's located in the Centro Historico, it's really quiet. The breakfast is really good. The parking lot is really convenient. The staff is really helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are really nice. Beds are very comfortable.

The staff, Diego in particular was amazing. He was very helpful and accomodating when we had issues with the room. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfasts delicious, i would not stay anywhere else in Cuenca.
