The reception staff were lovely. Offer to store my luggage but then finding my room was already available and being given a room upgrade when I arrived made my first work day far less stressful and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Easy walking distance to MCEC for a multi-day industry event and Southern Cross Station for travel. Also, when I reported an issue re cleaning, the staff handled it straight away and the issue was resolved by the time I returned to my room.

I've stayed in Best Western in Italy/Naples. and l really liked the hotel, so when l was looking for a hotel on Booking.Com and saw your hotel. l did not hesitate to book immediately for 3 nights, l then decided to book an extra night and was very happy with my choice. Also as devoted best western customers we have been offered discounts as we have multiple team members stay as well... looking forward to our next stay in October..
