Dunluce B&B is 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Te Anau. Queenstown Airport and Milford are both a 2-hour drive away. Comfortable and clean room in a lovely location. Hannah was very helpful and accommodating - the breakfast pack in the morning was delightful! We had a beautiful one night stay at Dunluce.

All accommodation includes a private bathroom with under floor heating, heated towel racks and fan heaters. Guest laundry facilities are also available. A very warm welcome by the hotel manager, well organized for restaurant & trip bookings, nice library / sitting room with free drinks and sweets. We stayed at The Carousel and The Belfry. The first really a very special experience! Fantastic shower as well btw and you can do your laundry in the laundry room! 15 mns walk to town center and restaurants.

Free Wi-Fi is available. the owners are so wonderful. the rooms were a good size and comfortable. the amenities were very comprehensive and nice! the breakfast was very good, we did not opt in for the upgrade but lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal, coffee and juice and tea all included! great value and a really nice stay.
