My daughter and granddaughter stayed just one night whilst in Livorno for swimming competitions. Everything went very well, great communication with owner for checkin plans and car parking.... Spotlessly clean... Only slight flaw is the bathroom not ensuite but worked perfectly well and great value for money... Would certainly return

I was very impressed with how extremely clean the room was, and it had everything I needed, and a bit more. This is extremely good value for money and the host, Marina, was just wonderful! I’d definitely recommend this place!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Amazing property, a lot bigger than we thought it would be! the outside area was a great spot to sit and eat/drink. The area was quiet at night and in a great location with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Very easy to catch the bus into the town centre/train station as well.
Very good breakfast, great location right next to Livorno. After sightseeing, you can return to a very quiet place and relax by the pool. The room is equipped with great air conditioning.
The hostess was very nice, helpful and gave advice about tourist attractions in Tuscany. She personally prepared the entire sightseeing plan for me during our stay :) A quiet, safe place, fenced on all sides with a private parking lot.

Beautiful hotel. Completely corresponds to its 5 star category. Great location. Historical atmosphere in every detail. Excellent breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea. The staff are friendly and attentive. We were upgraded upon request at check-in. We got a room with a sea view. Not far from the hotel is the beach. 10 minutes walk away. The centre of Livorno is also close by.

Very good location - near the sea and the city center, but as it's on the dead end street, it's very quiet and cozy. The rooms are small, but you can find everything you need
Location in city centre, one room out of two received an upgrade from backside to front/sea side (although we booked rooms to the backside on purpose, the front of the hotel was extremely loud during the day, we intended to sleep quietly, main street of Livorno is right in front...

Great location. Close to the city beach and other attractions by the sea. Quiet neighbourhood, convenient parking. Local small food stores 100-300 m away. Very convenient if you like to taste homemade food or enjoy getting pizza in a small restaurant. City centre is ralatively close (2km away), but its is a nice walk there on the marina. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
