Great location, just few minutes from the sea side of Ardenza and about 20 minutes walk from Livorno. Super comfy beds, with three bedrooms. Living room very big and comfy sofa!. I spent about two weeks with my family and I can only recommend it!

Apartment is well supplied with all that is needed and feels like a home, very cosy.
We were able to easily park in the street with an affordable parking fee. Self check in is smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Easy to walk into town. Plenty of space and facilities. We did not find the stairs a problem (the light is to the left as you enter). Secure parking behind the building. Left us some basic provisions. Even a washing machine!

Very nice and friendly contact with Martina, access to the parking slot and building was super good, as Martina gave me detailed infos how to reach and enter the property. Easy self check-in. The apartment is very nice, you can see that the owner cares a lot, we even had a small basket with some toys for the kids, coffe tabs, some snacks & water. For us it was a perfect short stay in Livorno before catching the ferry to Corse!

The apartment was super clean and very spacious. The breakfast selection was very nice. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Enrico was very friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment is situated in a nice area and within walking distance to the city centre, a supermarket (Conad, 200mts) the port and there are many good places to eat in the vicinity. It was a treat to have a lift! We will be back! Thank you :-)
Convenient for a short stay (we arrived late and left in the early morning to catch a ferry), the apartment is as described, small but practical. I liked the character of the old building, it was quiet. Prompt communication from the host when contacted. Good pizzeria in the main square.

The flat was very well decorated and had everything one needed for a short stay.

The hosts are very responsive and the apartment is overall very tidy and nice. Although the plaza nearby can be quite noisy late in the evening, the location of the flat is superb, with one of the central bus-hubs directly in front of the flat. Although the kitchen utensils are quite sparse, it is possible to cook in there.
