Extremely clean, comfortable bed, shower with 3 shower heads was great also bench in shower was good. Wi-Fi worked no problems. Breakfast was good each shelf in refrigerator was labeled more food than you needed was available plus a small refrigerator in room with soda water and a beer, free. I used the wall safe and could t get it open, my fault billfold edge caught in the door. The owner came within 15 minutes with a smile even though it was Sunday evening and I interrupted his family time. I had a 2 day break between cruises and didn’t want to go to Rome definitely made the right choice. They gave me a ride to the port free, an unexpected bonus refusing the tip I offered treated me like a family member, but we did have to communicate via translation app.!

Milena and Layla organized our transfers from the airport to the hotel, on arrival they both met us at the hotel, showed us to our room and explained all that was in the area, we needed to get PCR tests done before we went on a cruise which they arranged an appointment for us on the morning of the cruise , on the morning of departure they arranged transfers to the port, we would highly recommend this boutique hotel especially if you were cruising from Civitavecchia

The Hosts were phenomenal, made it such a joyful experience. They went out of their way to pick us up from the train station and drop us the next day at the bus shuttle service for departing on a cruise. We had use of the whole apartment, lovely terraces all around. The accommodations so very very clean. And in the morning we were offered a breakfast of our choice. A lovely experience and fond memory. would certainly stay again when I am next departing on a cruise.

All the facilities at this guesthouse was absolutely fantastic. We were a party of 10 staying in 5 rooms and they were all of the same quality and standard. Its newly built, its on 2 floors with no lift but not too many steps. Rooms are spacious, we had a balcony with sea view, and the bathrooms were well equipped and very modern. The hosts are wonderful especially Monia, the communication on checkin, facilities, the surrounding area from her was brilliant and so useful. She couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was all fresh, plentiful and more than adequate. There is a pizza restaurant right opposite the guesthouse, very rustic and so cheap, which I highly recommend. Its about 10-15mins walk into the centre, its all one one level and buses pass all the time. Taxi transfer was also arranged via Monia. Please do not hesitate to stay here, you will certainly not be disappointed. Its Brilliant. Thank you Monia for a wonderful stay. ❤️

The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was unmatched. Our host, Maira, went above and beyond. She was absolutely lovely. When we were distressed about booking transportation to the port she was very kind in helping us. Maira also gave helpful recommendations about places to eat and things to do in the area during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
