If there are two experiences we could recommend above all others after one month all over Bali it would be the Jatiluwih UNESCO Rice Terraces and the authentic Balinese experience we had at this spectacular family run hotel. Nestled in the jungle between temples with unreal sunrises and evenings by the fire, this was by far our best stay during our month in Bali. The owners made us feel at home in this beautiful retreat into nature, the views from the property are out of this world and we loved the superb home-cooked food as well as fascinating conversations with the owner and his wife who are so kind and generous. The tea experience is a must, they grow and produce a variety of delicious teas on site, we loved learning about the different teas and getting to try them all! If you want to experience Bali in it’s purest form you cannot miss a stay at this hotel.
