The view is absolutely stunning ! The room was super clean and very nice. Good get away from everything. We stayed there and enjoy the calm. The staff is very nice and we had a good chat with the owners. There is also painting classes that are highly recommended to take.

We had a really nice stay at manigelang Villa. The people were amazing! Thilo (our 2 year old child) was so comfortable and homefeeling there. The manigelang family were looking after him all the time so we could also have some breaks as parents :-) my husband got sick, he had a cold, and they were looking after him so carefully. We really can recommend this Place!! The owner also do healing massages, it’s a really nice place for health treatment and also for spiritual people to calm down and relax. The view from the accommodation is awesome! You really need to join a good coffee over there. ;-) Oh what I really need to say as well is the food is all vegetarian, they have those mushroom food taste like meat… it’s soooo…. Delicious!!! The large balconies are perfect for morning yoga or meditation, and offer a great view for sunrise! The food is tasty and nice to get some different vegetarian meals. It's best that you drive a scooter to explore from here, as sites are very spread out. The staff are happy to drop you off and arrange pick ups for a small and fair fee, so you can get out during the day if you like.

Can really only repeat and highlight the comments from others - this was our second time in Munduk and the Villa Manigelang offered an absolutely memorable stay. We booked two rooms as a group of four - both of which offered incredibly spacious accommodation, clean and all the key essentials you need. The view was simply stunning both during the day but especially at sunrise and sunset. We felt extremely welcomed, Rio and his friend Shovia who worked front of house made sure to see to all our needs. Lastly the food - wow… We have been travelling in Asia for 8 months, 7 weeks in Indonesia and the food cooked by Kashia (mum) was truly delicious most certainly the best we have had at a property (outside a restaurant). Only problem we didn’t stay long enough to try everything although we gave it a good try! A massage is also a must!

Hotel location is incredible, Two nights spent in the hotel were among the most memorable experiences from my visits to 50 countries around the world. The road to the hotel passes through incredibly picturesque places. Over the course of two days, I explored the surroundings on a motorcycle, and I can confidently say that the view from the hotel is the most beautiful, even better than the view from the mountain peaks I've seen, as those mountains are covered in dense jungles. The staff consists of a family and friends of the family. It gives you the impression that you are not in a hotel but visiting old friends. Make sure to book a massage. This is a place that you would want to return to without a doubt!
