I am very surprised that such a good value for money are not reflected in the reviews. What they was expecting Four Seasons or Marriott with a full service? I enjoyed my stay last night. Enjoyed my independence from interacting with staff, we only chatted by Booking.com messenger. It is different rates and type of room available. I paid for a bed only in 4 persons room. Cheaper than I paid for tent pitch! Place was easy to find. Street parking was available nearby. Door from the street was unlocked, so I walked straight to 2nd floor. I had to use my Booking.com message system to sent a picture of my id and to get instructions for code to open door of an apartment. And read again though message to find a key to my room. At morning same first code to put room key to locker , and second code for front door to lock it. Definitely will stay again.

Perfect location. Great hosts. Laura was so lovely and helpful. I need to carry medication that needs to be kept in a fridge. As there was no fridge in our room - Laura went and set up a mini fridge. The room had amazing water views. The whole stay was lovely. Thank you!!

Essentially, this was an excellent place with a few minuses, most of which could be easily addressed. Very clean and tidy. Great view. Comfy bed. Quiet area. Safe parking directly outside. Walkable into the city, but be aware that it is uphill on the way back with steep steps to the door. Not far from bus stops, also uphill on the way back. If you intend to use the local buses much, buy a pass online or on the bus, as it works out much cheaper.

Great location, handy for Dundee centre. Good large car-park. Very nice rooms which were quiet. The food is excellent, particularly the cooked breakfast. Food service is quick. A large bottle of water in the fridge in the room was very welcome.

Exceptional value for money and placed right in the city center. Great location. The private room I stayed in had everything I needed: en-suite, towels, desk and a bed. All in all, perfect for a weekend stay.

Everything was clean, even the dishes and the cutlery. We had ample space for our suitcases and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms have a charming view to a lovely garden and despite the busy road nearby, it was very quiet in the rooms.

Comfy, clean, quiet rooms, with air conditioning which worked really well to keep us cool overnight, essential as windows don't open. Hotel is in a great location to discover Dundee, ideal for a short visit to the city. The hotel recommended local parking, which was very close and really good value.
