At the bed and breakfast, all units are fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A patio with outdoor furniture and garden views is offered in every unit. Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. We felt very welcomed, but sadly we stayed only for one night. It's not easy to find stays where you feel really good. The room was very cozy, nice and clean, with a view to the seaside and the bathroom was also very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was served so all we had to do was enjoy and feel like a VIP :)

All rooms will provide guests with tea and fresh coffee making facilities. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Quite neighborhood, but had the disadvantage that there are no real close-by restaurants. There are however a few restaurants on some 15 tot 20 min walking distance, which was fine for us.

The view was amazing, and the breakfast was exceptional. It was like home away from home.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, wonderful hosts.

With panoramic views of the countryside, Kescoweth bed and breakfast is surrounded by hiking trails, fishing spots and cycling routes. This family-run guest house offers free Wi-Fi access, a large garden and free on-site parking. This B&B is located in a beautiful area and just perched high enough on a hill to have sweeping views over the Scottish countryside. The area is also very peaceful and one feels very immersed in the surrounding nature. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and make sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B, it was a great experience.

Gramarcy House is a bed and breakfast offering both en suite rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms. The rooms with shared facilities boast access to a fully equipped guest kitchen with a cooker and a refrigerator, along with all the essential crockery and utensils. These self-catering rooms also benefit from ironing facilities. Agnes was accommodating for two people on bikes. Her breakfast is outstanding and the house is immaculate. This was one of my favorite places to stay in Scotland.

Fishing is possible on the River Tay and Dundee’s city centre can be reached after a 10-minute drive. Downfield Golf Club is 15 minutes’ drive away and the quaint coastal town of St Andrews is a 30-minute drive from Ashley House. A comfortable home that was quiet with a great location and a fabulous host!!

Spa facilities and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The property is non-smoking and is situated 20 km from Lunan Bay. Spectacular property, beautiful room and so well kept. The gardens and gazebo were lovely. Such wonderful hospitality!! The owners made us feel so comfortable and right at home. Breakfast was delicious too!!

The property features inner courtyard views and is 32 km from Discovery Point and 21 km from Glamis Castle. The property is non-smoking and is located 20 km from Lunan Bay. The room was beautiful . Owners extremely friendly and they cooked a beautiful breakfast the following morning. Wonderful log fire in breakfast room too. My favourite thing was the pool, spa and sauna for our own personal use for 2 hours. Although you pay extra for this is it so worth it. They even dried out swimsuits for us. So no soggy swimsuits to pack. We will definitely be back.

This property sits in its own private grounds in a rural area. It is peaceful and quiet. with free private parking.
