From the welcome when we arrived to the end of our visit everything was just perfect. The little extra touches such as scones cream & jam on arrival and the Epsom salts provided for the bath were so nice.
The room was amazing with a lovely collection of beautiful old furniture and fittings.
Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection.
They went above and beyond even providing a set of cufflinks when my husband forgot his!

Friendly welcome and a good base for visiting Scone Palace. The bedroom was a good size and the bed comfortable. Good tea and coffee facilities were available and the cleanliness was excellent. No complaints.

There is parking. The room was plain but very clean and comfortable. The hospitable staff was very attentive to my needs. Not only had they read my note (not all do) but provided good quality gluten free and decaffeinated products to suit my diet. Breakfast was delicious. They serve good quality food. My stay was well worth the money. Good location too. Not a far walk to the city centre.

Breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner in the pub too which was great.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
It is a great location near Perth but in a charming village. I liked the friendly atmosphere of the pub/hotel.
The staff were really welcoming and helpful, as I couldn't stick around for breakfast on the first day she made sure I got a pack lunch instead to take with me early in the morning. The cooked breakfast the second day was great. Superb value. Private bathroom was clean. Very good if you like simple and basic facilities and value that it represents. The establishment had a lot of character.
Beautiful grounds lots of trees and well kept. Hot tub was great and very private. Lodge Mache 3 had a secure fence and decking area which is great for dogs. Lodge has new kitchen and bathroom and new carpets and a dishwasher. Area was very quiet and peaceful only 15 min drive into Perth city centre.
Great location near river and city centre. Room was very good and surprisingly warm and quiet even though it fronted onto a main road and the river. Secondary double glazing in place and this obviously made a significant benefit.
Bed was quite good but mattress not super comfortable. Will need updating with a topper style mattress soon.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Good full cooked breakfast included
Great location, quiet as set back from the main road. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Easy walk into town.
Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. All fixtures and fittings were of a high standard and the art work hanging on the walls were fabulous. Exceptional bathroom and spa shower room with plentiful luxury towels and soaps to match.
Parking is next to flat and position of flat is a 3 minute walk into Perth City centre. If not driving, the flat is directly across the road from bus station. Area appears very quiet. Lawrence was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will return
Everything. The room was stunning, a great host, home made scones on arrival, excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, central with parking opposite a park. Comfortable bed, shutters on the windows so it was dark in the morning and it was quiet.
Staff at breakfast in particular were helpful and pleasant. The location is good for the city centre. Reasonably quiet area. Really good restaurants nearby. Private car park.
