It's really well located, the company I visited was surprisingly just down a street from there, also a bunch of restaurants and the lake. They weren't on site, but gave me really good instructions, also warned about the turtles/tortoises (which of sadly none I happened to meet). The room was tidy, it had a little ac, a comfy sofa, comfy beds, tv, more then one needs. Oh and a personal little terrace.

The recently renovated Villa Carmen is situated amid large gardens, a few minutes' walk from the shore of Lake Biel, the La Neuveville Train station and the centre, where you can find some nice bistros.

It was a spacious, very clean historic villa. Our room had a beautiful view onto the lake and distant mountains, even the Alps.The hostess was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
