They upgraded us to Fred Hotel and gave us a better room free of charge. Room was spacious and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is located just near the main bus and train stations and location is excellent. There is a tram station 20 meters away from the hotel. We arrived early and they let us to put our bags in the luggage room. Reception was very nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious and there are many options to choose from.
