WOW WOW WOW. 1st time ever we experienced such a level of hospitality. Malik and his time just provided the most friendly/professionals service we ever experienced throughout our travels. We were given a number to call "any time" we would get lost or/and need assistance, with the assurance the hotel will pick us up, any place/any time. It never ever happened before. They helped us to plan every day: if you need to see something specific they will arrange it, if you need to buy something specific they will help you, if you need a ride/trip/taxi they will arrange it. They even arranged the best private guide we ever had. The hotel itself, best we of Blue Mosque, walking distance to Sultanahmet square, Ayasofya, Topkapi palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and many more.
