Leo was very friendly and attentive and organised activities for us. He also allowed us to leave our luggage prior to checking in which was much appreciated. The location was central to shops and close to the tram. Leo gave us a card to use for the tram which was above and beyond. There was a washing machine, fridge and kitchen sink. Breakfast was provided. The staff provided extra toiletries when needed. The price for our stay was very fair considering the service given.

Really nice space and good value for money. The hotel is located in aksara district and close tram, stop, mall and so many other public facilities and not next to any known tourist traps. We had the family suite and it was surprisingly large, it was perfect for 4 of us and we really enjoyed it. The room had a lounge section so our friends and family could come inside to sit and relax with us. Breakfast gets sent directly to room so it’s pretty easy if you’re feeling lazy. The bathrooms had bidet and very very nice hot shower. Leo was an excellent host and really made our stay comfortable and Mehmoud was also great. Inside our room we had a kitchen so they gave us extra supplies which was nice to have and they went above and beyond in their service. It was fully air conditioned which really made it easy to have a comfortable stay as it was quite cold for me outside so I cranked AC on full heat to be get comfortable.
