One of the best place to stay during our 20 days trip in Italy. Closed enough to the airport, big house with modern facilities, fancy view on site. It was too cold to swim in the pool but I definitely would try it in a warm day. The best English-speaking host ever, they made the best guide book for all guests. Very lucky to stay here ! The owner were very nice and welcoming. They were available at almost any time of the day and updated us every time time there was a change. This is an amazing place to stay at when you have the patience to drive a bit to rome. Beautiful place with beautiful surroundings.

Gorgeous little property in the historic district. Very picturesque. Our hosts were lovely, very helpful and provided a full breakfast for us. The studio was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a comfy bed. The location was perfect right in town.

We were welcomed by our very friendly hostess. Spacious clean apartment with 2 bathrooms as the 2 bedrooms are on 2 separate levels. Right on the Via Francigena for pilgrims. Highly recommend.
Thank you for very nice place we could stay in! I appreciated locality which was really great and also possibility of coffee in the morning ;) It was small flat but really cozy with everything we needed!
We liked everything. The apartment was large and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The garden and pool gorgeous and Carletto and his wife were wonderful hosts and provided great information about places to visit in the region.
Claudio and Valentino couldn't do enough for us, including picking us up and brining us to the property, as there was a bus strike on our day of arrival.
The two of them were very friendly and helpful and Francesca followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The apartment is in the old part of Formello and is close to some very good restaurants.
The apartment itself is decorated nicely and it was lovely to stay there.
Our bedroom had a small balcony looking over the older houses in the village.
