Dishwashing costs extra, so make sure you read the fine print on the counter. We had a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit and bottled water. The elevator/parking lot was super convenient. We parked the car for three days and walked the city. The parking is extra but well-priced in comparison to Torino's private lots. The attic rooms do run a bit warm, but you have full control of the temperature. The hotel in in the city ZTL limited traffic zone and coming into the city between the hours of 7am and 10:30am will incur a fine. Plan accordingly if you are driving. The hotel does offer a laundry service but only on weekdays and it takes a day. If you need laundry during the weekend, drop it off at Lavasecco Tintoria Arcobaleno on Via Mazzini. Super nice folks with a quick turnaround.
