We got an adequately furnished apartment, felt its value for money, very good accommodation for this price. Bedrooms are medium sized with queen beds, clean and tidy. Caretaker guy was very nice and helpful, We ordered food through swiggy, usually got it delivered in approx 30mins. Necessary crockery and cutlery items were available in the kitchen. I highly recommend this serviced apartment.
Found it to be the best service apartment for the value with every essential facility available. We a family of four had an excellent stay at nachiyar suites and I would highly recommend this place.
The facility is family-owned. The family is very friendly, and very helpful. They take good care of the guests and of the property.

We were accommodated in their different property which was not even an average hotel.The day of check in they informed that the Service apartment is not available. Mr Kannan the owner was very rude and unprofessional.
