We stayed in the honeymoon suite so it was across the road from the main pool etc, one suggestion would be to have some sort of a bar/little bit more of an atmosphere around the pool of the honeymoon/suite area as it was very quiet. There is a waiter service alright, but it just needs a little bit of atmosphere.”
“Very nice place but not possible to get there on foot from the port which is what I planned to do. Don't believe everything google maps tells you. And if you are late arriving in there will be no bus and potentially no taxis either. I had no data or sim card to call one so it was very stressful. The hotel itself is in a good location once you know where you are. It's pleasant, clean and affordable. I had a great view from my balcony.”

“I stayed with my parents and sister from May 15th-18th. Petinos hotel made an effort to have our room ready for arrival at 12pm and gave us an early check in. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout from the check in desk, pool service and the restaurant. We stayed in the family suite which was very bright and clean, had a lovely balcony with a table and views of the sea. The room and hotel were cleaned everyday and well looked after. The pool was beautiful, clean and refreshing and the sun loungers were the most comfortable ones I've ever used. There was a button on tables by the sunloungers where we could have a member of staff come to order drinks and food. The pizza was freshly made and delicious. Pick up and drop off were seamless and staff were ready to recieve us and drop us from the ferry port and to the airport in a comfortable mercedes sprinter. The hotel was right on the beach with the restaurant for breakfast looking out to the sea. The bus to town takes about 15 minutes and costs 2 euros each, it was so easy to get to and from old town whilst staying at a nice beach area. Check the time schedules for this, they run once an hour and probably get quite busy in peak summer season. There is a lovely cafe with pastries, ice creams and drinks next door and some boutiques. It is a 5 minute walk to Nammos beach club which we visited and well worth a visit!”

“Staff were amazing, so kind and friendly. They went above an beyond to make us comfortable and help us! We arranged a car hire with them and they accommodated right away. They gave us good recommendations for things to do in Oia and what to visit around the island. The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing, it is a boutique so there weren't loads of guests and we could use all the facilities freely and had privacy. Crystal went above and beyond for us and was a pleasure to see everyday! Breakfast was lovely with amazing views over the island.”
