Prices on the island were the only disappointment. Uber costs around €40-50 to get to any city. The hotel offers transportation to cities, but it is even more expensive. So, it's not easy to go out for dinner or lunch elsewhere. The prices on the hotel's menu are almost twice as high compared to the cities. If you are on a tight budget, consider a hotel in Fira or Oia - you'll save money on meals. We came in May, and the weather was windy and a bit too cold for swimming. The pool was heated, but not enough, so we were freezing when getting out of the water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received many complimentary services, such as transfer and room upgrades, probably because our stay was not during the peak season. The hotel staff assisted us in arranging local activities, like a yacht trip and a city tour. The food was delicious, and the view was amazing. I don't have words to describe it. Nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel was amazing and the view was absolutely stunning! the outdoor area was spacious and private. So much variety for breakfast which is brought to your room at a time you want (we had the floating breakfast one morning), they even accommodated me being gluten free. The candlelight meal over your pool is a must! The food was delicious and watching the sunset was just beautiful. Plenty to do and doesn’t take long to travel to other areas of the island. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble, they were so attentive and helpful. We really had the best time and felt lucky to have experienced this hotel.

Wish it was a bit closer to the main city centres but the reception organised a taxi for us to go to Fira.

I had an exceptional experience at the Luxury Boutique Hotel! I would rate it 10/10 and consider it the best on the island. My partner and I booked a honeymoon suite, but to our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade to the elite suite. The room was incredibly spacious and exuded luxury. We were enthralled by the panoramic view of the caldera and volcano during our romantic sunset dinner in the garden. The food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, offering a wide variety of options that could be enjoyed in the comfort of our room. The staff were not only friendly but exceptionally helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The warm welcome drinks added a special touch to our arrival. One of the standout features of the hotel was its ideal location, away from the bustling tourist areas. It provided a serene and private atmosphere, complete with a fantastic private pool where we could unwind and relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. It is truly worth every penny, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations.

It all was fantastic!!!!

Wow. This was the best stay we’ve ever had. First of all, the staff…..Theo right from the start with all the communication before our stay, she was incredibly helpful for us coming from CA and to Santorini for the first time. They helped us arrange transport to the hotel from the airport and allowed us graciously have an early check in. when we got there, they all greeted us with smiles and helped us with our luggage and any needs we had. Vargas (sp) was so amazing and was right there when we needed anything. We ordered lunch to be delivered and it was some of the best food we’ve had in years (loved the salmon bowl). We went outside and there was our own private pool with a view that I can not describe….unobstructed beauty of the ocean and ships. We stayed in the two bedroom suite….so much room, very clean and if you needed something, Theo and Vargas were there in a second to get it! we laid by the pool sunning and swam to the infinity edge and just soaked in the view. Then Theo suggested Seaside Santorini restaurant for dinner and they treated us like royalty and we ate the most delicious dinner. but even the most amazing part is yet to come! Breakfast, included with the room, was delicious, giant portions and so much to choose from! And brought right to your room!! My family loved that sooooo much! George, the night manager, was always friendly and had a nice smile even when you asked him for things. They all felt like family. I could go on and on…..we truly loved the place and especially the people who worked there. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Phos!!!!

I could not fault this hotel at all, I loved everything part of my stay. top service throughout my stay and helped throughout the booking process. not to say my concern that the outdoor pool wouldn’t be hot enough but it was perfect even at the start of May! and we was able to use the pool all day! we stayed in the Elite Suite and would recommend!
