Great recommendations for food. Lovely breakfast with a view and I loved calling them when we were ready. The manager is amazing and made us feel special. Little hiccups were sorted quickly and made up for. Great location. Loved the Jacuzzi in the room. What was noticable is that it is very private. A lot of the villas and rooms in other places you could see the people in their pools or sunbathing but with us the instagrammers of Santorini couldn't see us.

Just go for it. You will not find such property anywhere in Santorini. Sunset from terrace, best location in Fira. Everything is very nearby. Breakfast was excellent.

The "suite" is really small for the price and the balcony is not really private as other visitons of the hotel cross from it and even took a sit for the sunset but those are details only 😊

The view from our balcony is amazing ! The location is perfect 2 minutes walk from the heart of fira. The breakfast is very very good served in the terrace with 1 of the most beautiful views of santorini. The host is very kind and funny we had very good advices and very lovely discussions. The sunset is amazing .. perfect 😍

Everything was awesome!

Costas, the manager, made sure everything was perfect. Exceptional service!! The hot tub is not hot, but very refreshing. Breakfast was excellent; either a hard boiled egg or a quiche, bread, sweet rolls, cake, yogurt with honey, grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, orange juice, and coffee, and sometimes a salad. You can ask for milk and water. The room is like a cave. Plenty of room. An expresso machine with pods is in the room. You can ask for an electric kettle. We rented the room with the shared balcony. The view is awesome and the balcony is big enough for everyone. Very close to restaurants, super market, and the walking path to Oia.

There are no doors between the jacuzzi and the bedroom, and you could hear the jacuzzi in the night. It didn't bother my husband but I had to use some earplugs.

We liked the view - lots of sunset picture opportunities. The location was very good, easy to get to the bus station and the main attractions. The jacuzzi was lots of fun for our little one. We stayed in early April when the sea was a bit too cold for swimming (we tried). Breakfast was very tasty and huge; there was enough food for two meals.

Location is amazing with a view to die for! We booked the cave suite for a group of three and it was very spacious and comfortable. Costas and the team were also responsive and helpful! The breakfast spread was delicious every morning overlooking the caldera

The location was excellent, street level entrance, nice patio looking at the Caldera and the stunning sunsets. 200 ft away from main attractions. There are 2 restaurants next door, one of them serving meals & drinks on your patio. Costas, is a perfect host, very knowledgeable, helpful with all the bookings, paying attention at all your needs. Very friendly and pleasant.

Absolutely perfect! Exceptional little boutique hotel overlooking the Caldera right next to two chapel domes. Kostas was an exceptional host. Immediately told us all the things that we needed to see and helped outline an itinerary. Right on the edge of Fira within very close walking distance to parking. The hotel is perfectly located to walk into all the shops and restaurants but close enough to the edge of town that you can get out easily without fighting the traffic. The room was perfect for two people. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations very updated. The rooms have the Cycladic design and were very nice. The view from just outside our room was a picture. Perhaps my favorite memory will be waking up to a wonderful breakfast every morning and sitting on the bench table and looking out over the ocean. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Amazing stay and beautiful location. Highly recommended property. Manager Costas is excellent host. Very clean room and great service. Close to Santorini main square and easily accessible to food and shopping places. Main Fira bus station is very close so best location.

Location, view, and staff were all top-notch. Having the plentiful breakfast delivered on the deck with the amazing view overlooking the water and islands was the perfect way to start the day.
