Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Lovely staff, particularly the breakfast staff. Very attentive. Pool was a huge bonus due to the heat. Pool staff also excellent. Could catch a bus to the palace of Knossos around 20 minutes away.

This is the third time I have stayed at Galaxy Iraklion. The service from all staff is amazing - very professional and welcoming. I was in awe of the creative way in which my bed clothes were folded. This brought a unique charm to the service. My room was comfortable and very clean. I had a small balcony with a screen created by a group of trees. The pool and external area were relaxing whilst the breakfast service caters to various tastes. As I left early on my final day, I was given a generous breakfast bag. The location is also convenient; the walk to the city centre is only 15 minutes and there is an ATM just across the road.

BelgiumThis is nitpicking but the smoke detector was right above my head in bed and the flashing light was a little abnoxious every few seconds .
Staff was super friendly especially the blond haired lady at the pool café. I feel bad not asking for her name she was amazing with our young daughter. I hope in this way she will maybe be notified of her excellency ! The á la carte was amazing , buffet allot of options and fresh.

ItalyThe coffee was not so fine. The air conditioning in the room was a little bit noisy and the room was not so well isolated from external noise. The hotel car parking hotel is small just for 4-5 cars and I could not park my car during my stay. It is not easy to find free car parking around the hotel
The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable and also the shower was fine. Breakfast was mainly salad, but some desserts were delightful. The staff was very kind. Check-in and check-out were speedy. I suggest this hotel in Heklion.

GermanyEverything was excellent. We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location was perfect for us - between the harbor and the airport. The old town is reachable by taxi (5 euros) or on foot (15 minutes). We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and were informed via mobile when our room was ready (around 12:00). Breakfast was good, and the taxi ordered through reception was punctual. Cost to the airport - 15 euros

So I stayed at three hotels and one Airbnb in Greece and this was my favorite accommodation in all of Greece. It was PERFECT!!! The room was big, so comfortable, the amenities were phenomenal, the body wash smelled delicious, I loved the bathroom. The staff were the absolute kindness, greeted my boyfriend and I was such genuine warmth, I can’t wait to visit again!!

IsraelAt first I thought that the hotel is rather far from the center, but then I found that was not so far The hotel and the room were very quiet Near the hotel I found an excellent pizza and coffee restaurant Silfio and also an excellent cafeteria with good cakes Kumakis there are also more eating options, for instant a restaurant called Kyriakis but it closes early in the evening
