We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaWe had a great stay in the apartment. Loved the place. Great location in the heart of Barcelona at a very quiet street. Perfectly clean with a fully equipped kitchen and very cosy design. The staff is extremely nice and helpful as well. We have been in Barcelona many times but this apartment has already become our favourite one and will definitely be our choice from now on! I recommend it to everybody who wishes to have a pleasant stay in Barcelona!

PolandNothing. But there are 2 details could be important to know for others: 1. The air condition is one for all flat, which means you set the temperature in the living room and everywhere else will be that temperature, you can't have different temperature in the bedroom. 2. The bathroom is located in the bedroom. You can pull up a wall from the bedroom closet to separate the bedroom and bathroom (we didn't use it, as it looks rather artificial and not convenient). But yes, you need to enter bedroom and then bathroom.
We were staying in the 1 bedroom apartment at Catedral Bas complex. And the apartment as well as the experience exceeded our expectations. First, the location is super central, it is clean, rich, safe and nice area. All around are shops, restaurants, pretty historical buildings and it is easy to walk/travel anywhere in the city. Just in front of the apartment is spacious kids playground, which is perfect for kids of all ages, and a nice Spanish cafe, behind which is famous Barcelona Kiss wall, which you literally see from your windows. Second, because there is the kids playground with trees in front, the apartment is very light and has pretty nice view, plus the exposition for all apartments is south, so they are always sunny and bright (the whole building is the Bas Apartment complex and all the apartments face the street while the stairs between the floors face the inner dark courtyard) Third, the street where the apartment building is located, is closed for cars to enter, only taxes can with a special key, therefore it is very quiet and pedestrian street like almost all area around Fourth, the Bas Apartment office is just downstairs the building and this is very convenient to check-in and to ask something if needed Fifth, the apartment itself is new and has everything you could think about, including olive oil, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cleaning detergents, sponges, toiler paper, soap, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing mashing capsules, etc. Very convenient bed, 2-3 pillows per each of different softness to choose from. And, unexpectedly, very wide and comfortable unfolding sofa-bed, which becomes a real bed after unfolding, kids liked it And lastly, the pool on the roof is amaizing. The pool itself is rather small and only 60sm deep, but for kids is ideal, the water gets super warm, they could stay there for 2 hours long! It is beautiful experience to sit on the roof on the sun-beds and overlook Barcelona Cathedral and watch sunsetting. We loved it.
