First Class renovation with a truly homely feel and lovely seating areas outside the front of the building

Was not used to driving country roads but after a few miles, we got the hang of it and the farm was well sign posted.

Excellent breakfast and wonderful array of options to suit all. Location was easy to find as host reached out prior to our stay and provided directions and recommendations for dining nearby. Helen and John are super friendly hosts as are their friendly farm animals. They also offered to give us a tour of the farm which was one of the highlights of our stay! Will definitely go back again next time in Cornwall.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat to set you up for the day. The hosts John and Helen were amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Really nice place to stay.

Fabulous setting in the heart of the countryside. So quiet and peaceful. Amazing property with lots of space in all the rooms. Breakfast was the best and cooked to perfection by host John. Helen made us very welcome and nothing was any trouble for them 10/10

Exceptionally well converted barn, comfortable super king bed, luxury en-suite. Breakfast was fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals followed by cooked breakfast and toast. Consistently well prepared/cooked and very tasty. Helen and John were excellent hosts.

Fantastic breakfasts, enough to keep us going well into the afternoon. A beautiful, peaceful location on a working farm. The room was a good size with a huge bathroom, and Helen & John were great and really made us feel at home.

The room was superb - very comfortable, very clean with a lovely bathroom. The lounge and dining area are exceptional. Breakfast was first class. The barn is in a peaceful, rural setting which we loved. Helen and John were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful.

John and Helen were really lovely and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, on arrival we even had tea and cake..🥰 The food was top notch and the room was fabulous with a very comfy bed, best night's sleep I've had in a long time...surrounding area was quiet and idyllic..would highly recommend a stay...❤

Stunning location, beautiful accommodation which was sparkling clean and contained lots of lovely little extras. The hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. Communication upon arrival showed attetnion to detail to make our stay so special. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, again reflecting a very high level of attention to detail. The room contained a gorgeous bathroom, huge comfy bed and coffee/tea facilities. Exceeded my expectations and by far my favorite stay from booking.com. I cant wait to go back!

If you dont like rural peace and quiet, it is not the place for you.

Room was large, very bright, airy and clean. Both Helen and John were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with varied foods, too many to list, both hot and cold. Cannot recommend The Barn enough. Will be back as soon as possible. Very good value for money.

There was was nothing we didn't like.

John and Helen are the perfect hosts. We were asked to contact the Barn within 24 hrs of arrival to inform Helen of an approx time of arrival, for which Helen met us with the offer of a pot of tea and guided tour of the barn, our room and the surrounding area (Lovely personnel touch). The bedroom was bright, airy and very spacious with plenty of storage with lovely views over the Cornwall countryside. Tea & coffee facilities replenished daily. The ensuite bathroom has a large freestanding bath and a large standalone walk in rainfall shower with plenty of high end toiletries. Breakfast which consisted of fruit, cereals and a hot selection of your choice were served to order in the large dining room. Each room also had a fridge assigned to them located in the dining room and was replenished with water and fresh milk daily. The outside area had plenty of parking and a nice garden to relax in and plenty of space to walk our dog Cypher. We liked that the Barn in located on a working farm but John and Helen were on hand anytime to a accommodate our daily needs. Nothing was to much trouble for this lovely couple. Needless to say we will return to the Barn when we are holidaying in the Devon area in the future.
