There is no question to apartment. However the guest with a car should be aware, that underground parking cost approximately EUR 50 per day! Just FYI

Amazon location on a quiet no through square but right in the middle of everything. The apartment had everything we needed and very comfortable beds and pillows (one the kids remarked). Service from reception was excellent and they showed us all of the apartment features, as well as sorting an early taxi for us. I really can't praise this place enough for how clean, well-equipped and perfectly positioned it was.

Location was perfect. Apartment is within walking distance of most places we wanted to see. It was equipped with everything necessary to cook in the apartment, and if you prefer to eat out there are dozens of places within a 5 minute walk.

Everything we need is in the flat. The location is perfect And so closed to la rambla. we stayed with our baby, they put highchair And babybed as we asked. the flat was clean and tidy like in the picture. ıf i go to Barcelona again, i ll stay in here again.

The location was fabulous. A 10 minute walk to the Rambla and to a city tour bus in a lovely square. The there we re e some lovely restaurants by the local Cathedral again a short 5 minute walk. The facilities in the apartment were exceptionally good and it was spotless

my only complaint was the cleaning, it was once every 3 days I guess, which is no problem. the cleaning overall was ok at the visible area, but beneath the sofa was really dirty and full of long term dust(u can tell it wasn't clean for a while); we even found little trash from the previous guest; which was not very nice.

the staffs were helpful, sent me whatsapp with lot of location tips, and all required information. the location is excellent in the heart of the Gotic district, and literally half of block from all shopping stores. two blocks from the mall corte ingles, 2 blocks from the metro, everything walking distance. lot of things to do at night, very close to everything. the kitchen and washing machine and dishwasher was new, easy and very helpful, the tv was good and a very comfortable apartment.

One small thing - The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the couch itself was very comfortable. It was fine for the children, but an adult may find it uncomfortable. Very minor issue, we would still stay here again.

The office/reception is next to the apartment buildings. We checked in and were shown the room by one of the team. The apartment was spacious, had all the facilities we needed and location was great. Location close to all main attractions, transport and lots of restaurants nearby, and shops. There’s a playground for the children across the road. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Helped us book a taxi for an early morning departure.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the balcony door had cold air coming into the apartment. Even when the heating worked perfectly well, if you lay on the couch close to the balcony you would feel very cold breeze like your door was opened. They need to check it out, same with the Window in the room. Other than that all else was perfect.

It’s same as the picture. very clean and nice. it’s also very central and close to everything. it’s basically at the centre and close to shops, cafe and a few minutes walk to the Metro. The property is equipped with everything, the kitchen and bathroom are very much equipped. The wardrobe has extra towels, warm and cold water working. It also has a pool in the Terrace which is in the fifth floor. We didn’t use it cause it’s cold water. The staff is very receptive and helpful. The office is just at the first floor, so you easily get your keys and all needed instructions. Another thing I liked was that when we checked out and was waiting to go to the airport they kept our luggage in a safe, so we had some extra time to walk around. Another beautiful thing is the fact that you had a chance to choose one day to get a free cleaning. We totally enjoyed staying and would love to visit again. Just to note my kids enjoyed the apartment, the TV is smart and we could access YouTube, Netflix and others. The internet was free and perfect. I totally recommend this property.

We were with children, so had to use additional sleeping places on folding sofa. But it was so squeaky that it was possible to sleep on only if you do not move.

This apartment is perfectly located in the historic heart of Barcelona in Gothic quarter. The sea is also in 15 minutes walk from the site. Lively street with shops is just around the corner, yet the windows and entrance faces quite square with kids zone. Supermarket and bakery are also in a minute walk. Moreover it took us only 20-30 minutes to get there by taxi from the airport. Apartment is simple yet very convenient and cozy. You can enjoy a view into gothic church or just take sun bath on a tiny balcony. Cleaning was also well done. We were provided with fresh linen and towels regularly as well as dish washer capsules. Administration is located downstairs that is also a big plus, so you do not have to go somewhere to grab keys or solve any other minor issues. Team is really helpful, especially Gabija, who was really nice and friendly, provided us with detailed instruction where to buy groceries, recommend restaurants and cafes.
