perfect location in Porto Old Town area. easily a walk away from the Sao Bento station. Many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very lovely and cozy, the hospitality is top notch. Really lovely breakfast. Definitely consider this for your perfect holiday stay in Porto!

The amenities (soap & shampoo) are not refilled automatically by the room service team, I need to ask for it myself by the receptionist during our stay. It would be great if it was refilled!

Beautiful Terrasse with pool and private table/chairs on Terrasse. Big shared fridge and great breakfast with coffee/tea, pastries, buns, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Cathy was a lovely host and also gave us great recommendations in the area

Location, dining room & reception. Our room was very comfortable and presented as described and expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent

My only criticism is the lack of drawer space for clothing. We were there for 5 days, therefore, we would both have liked to unpack. Due to the lack of storage space, my husband kept his clothing in him suitcase.

the microwave doesn't work. the stove top is cracked in one corner. shower has no door to close, water spills on to floor. linen for the pull out bed is missing.

Our room was small. Not much room to put suitcases, bags, bathroom stuff. Had a view of an alley out back. Not as nice as our friends front view.
