Location, location, location. Perfect for walking to every site in Belem. Close to some very good restaurants. Very nice & helpful host. Good communication before booking. Loved the on-site cat that would visit us daily. Rooms all have a country theme and we enjoyed the decoration to match the theme (Africa). No noise from other guestrooms. Very spacious room with patio overlooking lovely garden. Large bathroom, lots of natural light. Comfortable bed. Lots of nice little touches. Plenty of storage for clothing & luggage. Garden had multiple seating/conversation areas. Very peaceful. Even had a hot tub but we didn't try it. Husband loved the coffee set up in the front entry way.

Nice breakfast with good coffee, walking distance from several restraunts and public transportation, quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable and good value, wonderful helpful staff!

Prefer ordering food from a menu to a buffet BUT assuming buffets work well for those who are catching a very early flight out. Maybe dinner could be other than a buffet.

Two seperate sleeping rooms, very comfortable beds, quite neighbourhood, great host.

There is no elevator so you have to go on 3rd floor on steep stairs, which is usual in Lisbon I guess. Showering for myself was not possible. I had to bend and I dont find myself tall, 185cm only. On the otherhand, my brother 170cm was able to do so with no hassle.

People in kitchen were up late talking and it was hard to fall asleep around 9pm bc I could hear them in the kitchen right above my bunk.

One single employee ruined the experience by not being helpful and quite rude. Never in my life has a receptionist refused to call a taxi. Other than that, the employees were great.
