To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumI would say I liked it all but it is true that the modern toilet/shower see through doors and no space to undress before you go into the shower feels a bit uncomfortable. Even if we were travelling as a family, my daughter is a teenager and was not happy about this. But if you don't mind this, then you'll have nothing to complain about!
The location was great, it was just 200m from the metro station. Parking was covered, it had to be booked in advance, otherwise there is public parking across from the hotel. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and the staff was very nice. Our room was on the 9th floor which was a pleasant surprise, we had a balcony in the rooftop and the view was amazing, we were lucky with the weather!

Well located tech hotel, comfortable bed with nice hot water shower! Gym is 24hrs which is rare in hotels and that's definitely a plus. Bar downstairs is quite pleasant to have a snack or coffee and watch sports. They've just opened a a rooftop bar which unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try/see as it was raining during our stay.

PortugalOn Saturdays they have music party and it is very loud until the late night. Bathroom and toilet are a little bit strange - it is just glass cabins inside the room, it was not comfortable for me.
The location is perfect, it is easy to get by car. The room is comfortable and it really has soundproofing. The view from the high floor is amazing!

Location was out of the busy central "downtown" core but very close to a METRO station, and also walkable.. Room nice and quiet. Staff helpful. Shower wonderful, and spacious room. Mini fridge good, but not very cold.
