Was something wrong with the outlets in our room we barely could change our phones and other devices. Check in line was crazy but I noticed it wasn’t same bad every day

Great location close to lot of places we wanted to see. The room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast. Nice rooftop with nice view. Small pool was cold at the evening and I never get chance to try it at the day time. Great price!!! Lot of restaurants with good food and good prices

Staff were super friendly and service was great except when the pool bar is open it is almost impossible to get anything from the restaurant. It took 40min to get a Coca Cola up from the downstairs restaurant. They should just say “no service at the pool” and I would’ve got it myself. Other than that a great value stay.

Noisy nightclub directly opposite going until 4-5am on Friday and Saturday - need double glazing to reduce noise!

Excellent staff on arrival, got room early for us. Room was very comfortable. Excellent roof top pool and bar area. Breakfast had wide range. Easy location for Ubers. Interesting restaurants nearby.

The sheets were not very clean the same with the towels, with stains. Maybe is time to invest in new ones. Also the insulation wasn’t that great could hear people talking in the hallway and another rooms as well.

The place is close to Lapa, metropolitan Cathedral and Municipal Theatre.

Check-In took literal 2 hours for just a handful of people. The bedsheet are dirty and old. Towels are dirty and old. The bathroom was full of mold and needs renovation. In fact the whole place needs renovation even the elevators didn’t feel safe. The breakfast was okay-ish…

Upstairs bar area could he amazing, but needs a bit of love. Downstairs bar feels a bit lifeless.

Never ever in using booking for almost 20 years happened to us to find such a dirty and non professional hotel. We tried getting in touch with the hotel by writing (1 month/1 week/ 1 day before the stay), calling them as we needed an early check-in but they didn’t reply and of course they didn’t have a room. We had to cancel the booking and looked for an alternative by walking around the corner. But walking in this area with all the belongings can be very dangerous.

Nothing, simply avoid this used, dirty, horribly maintained non professional place… called hotel.

At night - in the corridors were pitch black. The sensors are away from the lifts. As the doors open, the corridors are pitch black. Luckily for us, our unit were next to the lift but my mother was away, so by the time it turned on, it will turn off by the time she reached her unit. It was noisy as its opposite a night club. It has NO signs for "not to disturb" The towels, sheets and pillows were gray and old and it smelled. The restaurant charges you for plastic utensils and more if you use stainless utensils See the menu.

I asked for laundry of a medium-sized bag of clothes. Was not advised on cost beforehand, the bill comes and it’s at 444 Reals?? That’s 50% more than the cost of 1 night at the Hotel?? I asked if this was correct and the cashier just told me to pay.

Pool is very tiny, just like jacuzzi size. Equipments in gym are terrible old and not function. Can't use. It's very old hotel, room is small, towels are old and not soft.

Broken toilet lid, awful experience in restaurant (cold, raw grilled salmon, maintenance work going on with air vents during dinner, inside the restaurant and around the tables, and beggars being ket in to beg indoors while we’re eating.

always a long queue at the reception, key cards for doors work 50% of time (especially annoying if you have a room on 12th floor and need to wait for elevators that always seem to be occupied), wifi & toilet didn‘t work when we checked in, bathroom needs (better) ventilation
