Location is halfway between airport & downtown which is quiet, safe & convenient. The place is very clean & spacious, view is great and facility in room is convenient, sufficient and bring us pleasant.

Variety of breakfast can be improved. When it's crowded, there is disorganizing in how the staffs work in reception areas. each customers not knowing who should be served by whom.

The location was good and friendly service, they provided extra towells and kitchen was available for access anytime. Eddie and the staff were lovely people

The entrance isn’t great, it has red soil, it gets very muddy when rains making difficult and very unpleasant getting in and out without getting dirty, also it is slippery too. Breakfast was average, juice was a bit tasteless, tapioca was a bit sour, but cake was good. Shower pressure was very low, mattress was very worn out, broken furniture, wi fi only available in one spot basically in front of someone else’s bedroom door and got bit by a lot of mosquitoes whilst using wifi outside Aircon goes either to cold or doesn’t cool properly, pillows are very low quality.

Electricity went down during the night, then it was very hot and impossible to sleep. It took 24 hours to come back. And it seems to be normal in that neighborhood.

Wifi wasn't strong enough to reach entire room, so it affected work. Wall pugs are all outdated and need to be replaced by the modern brazilian std.
