Carpets need to be changed..they seemed worn out.. Tea,coffe, sugar and milk should be in the rooms and we shouldnt have to ask for them. Hotel needs to be cleaned from outside. The room view of room 410 was not the best. The hotel didnt seem like a 4 star

The staff was v.friendly...they catered to all our needs.. when we asked they brought us an iron with an ironing board, toothbrush and toothpaste. They even supplied us tea and sugar at 1 in the night.. The breakfast was v.good...the live station omelette was amazing.. The Butler service was good.. Parking was ample.. Right in the heart of the city.. For me it was just right as it brought back my childhood memories.. I had spent 23 years of my life opposite Khaleejia..

Services and communications are terrible. They don't answer, you can't rely on them. Lucky that I had a car, probably nobody came in airport to pick me up. Asking advices for sightseeing they seemed bored. Is the reverse of Iran about smiles, hospitality and welcoming. Not even a coffee in room for 65€

Excellent price-quality hotel. Well located& clean.. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was nice; continental and had a variety of dishes, the restaurant is located on the 9th floor with an astonishing view of Kuwait City skyline.

Upon arrival, I noticed an unpleasant smell in the hotel, but since it was late at night, I tried to manage. The next day, after returning from a business meeting at 5:00 PM, the smell had worsened, originating from the AC due to an Indian restaurant in the hotel. Furthermore, I experienced an extremely disturbing situation. There were very loud and inappropriate noises coming from the neighboring room, including explicit sexual sounds and offensive language. The noise continued for over 30 minutes, and the language used was so vile and degrading that it left me deeply shocked and uncomfortable. I have never encountered such a disgusting situation in any hotel before. When I reported this to room service, they claimed it was from a newly married couple and took no immediate action. A service staff member who was present also heard the noises and inappropriate language, yet nothing was done to address the situation. This lack of response made me feel deeply disrespected and unsafe. Eventually, my room was changed, but the new room also had a terrible smell that made it hard to breathe. I decided to check out and requested a refund from the management, who refused and suggested transferring me to another branch. They were rude and uncooperative, even threatening to call the police. This experience left me deeply disturbed, and I had to book another hotel through your platform, paying an additional 400 AED to find a peaceful place to stay. This entire experience was extremely distressing and unprofessional. I demand a full refund for my original reservation and compensation for the additional expenses I incurred due to this distressing situation.

The air-conditioning system could be appreciated more if it was just a little more cool. Thus one can understand that in Kuwait it's hot. At times I felt the air-condition wasn't giving that output as it should be. I emphasis only at times and not continuously. And to be fair I did not ask if it could be arranged. Probably if I did they would have done something as they did in other things and very promptly.

The Hotel met truly my expectations and to be fair even more. Very central, clean rooms with all necessities. Most of all staff were very helpful. When I had any queries, difficulties or needed help they were very efficient and prompt, especially the reception / front desk, namely Hamdi and Ahmed.

At the room I think it will be very helpful for the cleaners and the guests if the curtains changed to that adjustable type where we can close the windows if the guest want, if it is too sunny to tolerate

My stay at the hotel was really exceptional, I enjoyed everything starting from my cozy ,warm room , the food ,the amazing views at restaurant, the welcoming staff and they are all very helpful especially at reception, many thanks to one of reception managers ( Mustafa) for being such helpful and considerate person
