One of the better hotels we've been to in Japan. Room was much larger than the ones we've seen in Tokyo and the bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely fitted with modern utilities like usb-c power outlets and high pressure massage nozzles in the shower. My wife also really liked the coffee machine.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, I could tell they're really keen on ensuring we're enjoying our stay which we totally did.

Great location, right next to Shin-Osaka Station. The hotel is tiny but has all the essential services, including quite a rich breakfast for every taste. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The station has a lot of restaurants if you don't want to go far away for lunch or dinner.
Great location in the busy nightlife district of Osaka. The JR Osaka station is nearby, it's a walkable distance. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a lot of eateries, and a market is also very near. Also bars and hostess bars if that's your thing.
The room was nice, proper size and very clean. Even though the outside world was busy, the room stayed quiet, thanks to good soundproofing.

A go-to budget-friently option if you are looking for a room with decent space, with all essential facilities and great central location (next to Osaka station). For a 3-star hotel in Japan, this is a good one, renovated with good bed for comfortable sleep and air conditioning. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even though it was next to the train trail, the noise isolation was good.
We loved the space as it easily slept a family of 5. The host was fantastic leaving easy/clear instructions. Check in and check out was so easy. The apartment was an easy 5 minute walk from Osaka loop line making getting to and from Osaka station, Namba, Shin Sekai and even connecting to Nara very easy.
Comfortable beds, and the hotel provided almost everything you could need. Toothpaste, slippers, linens, etc. The area was very quiet and conveniently located near convenience stores, plus it was a very local area so all of the surrounding restaurants were very authentic. It's about ten minutes away from Shin-Osaka Station, so we were able to use it as home base for day trips on the Shinkansen, as well as to hop on the red M line to go into Kita Ward and visit Dotonbori.
It was very close to Shin Osaka station which is a major hub to go anywhere including the Bullet trains. SO many places to eat and shop in the neighborhoods as well as inside Shin Osaka station itself. The rooms were larger than the standard Japanese hotels and it was nice to have a washer and a small kitchen so if you needed to you could make the basics in terms of meals and such for yourself/group. The internet worked pretty well as well.
The location was convenient for the metro and it was also easy to reach the main Osaka station, the castle and Dotonbori. The place itself was clean, quiet and offered the facilities we needed. We liked the experience of staying in an Osaka-style apartment rather than a generic hotel. Comfortable bed. The host is very responsive and provides exceptionally clear instructions for entry, etc. This was an enjoyable stay and we would use this accommodation again.
Location is excellent, only shortwalk to JR Osaka Station, plenty of restaurants and stores. Around hotel there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart. Room in the corner is big, not like usual hotel in japan. Hotel is clean, and housekeeping did a very good job cleaning the room
