Very nice couple managing the hotel, with a lot to do in and around the hotel, and marvelous lake.
Large room, with bathroom, and other shared Japanese baths (could not really use them, as arrived at 7 PM, and on busy week end, so we all occupied).
The owner could pick us up at the local bus station, drive us back, and even drove us to nearby restaurant! So helpful.
Have a few bicycles for cycling around the lake.

Best hotel In Japan! The room was big, comfortable, we booked the speedway view since in the summer you don’t see Mount Fuji and it’s was pretty amazing, you can see the cars practice and race! My boyfriend loved it and the museum is very nice too. Very nice staff too :)

Amazing experience of traditional Japanese hospitality. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were on top of everything and would do anything to assist. The roof terrace with foot bath has an amazing view of mount Fuji. The kaiseki style dinner was rich in quantity and our server Sara was great and explained everything thoroughly. We booked a private onsen and It was really worth it. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel to go around. The shuttle bus service was great and very convenient.
The Hotel is located near Oishi Park, which is a great spot for taking pictures of the Mount Fuji.
The room is decent size with a original Japanese style bathroom. They offer you a hot bath (50 minutes) in a private room (1 per day).
Booked the hotel bath/ onsen in the evening which is subject to availability but had no problems reserving. The rooms were the best we stayed in during our whole trip to Japan. Beds were extremely comfortable and the private bath on our balcony was very luxurious. Absolutely delighted with our stay and would recommend to anyone planning to visit the area surrounding Mount Fuji.
Japanese style breakfast and dinner wete nice and adequate. The idea of having guests eat at different time slot and spaced out is also a goog idea.
Staffs are courteous and friendly. My room is very clean. Mount Fuji can be seen directly from the observation deck on top of the hotel.
i had initially booked a single person’s room but the hotel staff swiftly took care of me and provided me with a fantastic room for me and my husband (extra charge applied). It was my fav hotel during my 14 day japan visit. Had a beautiful view of mount fuji, lots of space & delicious breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more.
Nice villa, the hotel provide all you need in the kitchen, nice room in japanese style, the pillow and blanket is clean and very comfort. We woke up with Mount Fuji view from our bed room and in bath room also. I do recommend this place.
Hotel is near Yagisaki park,close to Kawaguchigo lake.Good view you can see lake and mountain on one side.Another side is Mount Fuji.
