Loved the architecture - colonial arabesque. Excellent breakfast and very attentive and helpful staff. The property is located in a quiet area but close to malls and easy to find taxis, buses etc.
The neighbourhood is safe to walk at night and there are many restaurants and shops within 2-3 mins walk.

The food at the restaurant not the best. As most of the food was cooked with too much salt or oil. I had requested many time for my food to be cooked with very little oil and salt but it was still not good.

Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...

Great city, with great food and a lot of tourist spots like the Carnival Museum, Restaurant la Cueva, the Zoo, the food court at the river Malecón. And close to Puerto Colombia which is a very nice beach with beautiful statues of the inmigrants that came to the once important harbor, and a Lighthouse that turns on at night.

Barranquilla should be avoided by all. The river boat service although free went up the river for 15 mins, turned round and went back. That was the exciting parts.
Forget the point where ocean meets river. No chance of ever getting there.

This is a modern, well-appointed townhouse in a gated community of 8. Located in the nice part of town on a quiet side street within walking distance of a mall/Exito. Gated with 24 hour security. Room for 6 adults (3 bedrooms). If I were ever to live in Barranquilla, I would consider buying a place like this. The rental price was a great deal, too.

Barranquilla is a lovely city close to the coast with a warm climate. There are plenty of places to shop and a lot of delicious restaurants to try. If you enjoy relaxing, eating, and shopping, then this is the place for you. Catching a taxi is easy or you can use uber.

Barranquilla is not a turistic city like Cartagena or Santa Marta, but it has its own charm. It is very organized and clean, and the people are very friendly. We really liked it a lot and hope to come back to enjoy the carnaval.

I enjoyed the pool a lot its 25 meters long semi olympic, you can do daily swims and training. the breakfast is very comolete, wide range of typical colombian food which I really liked to be able to experience colombian food. The architecture of the hotel is amazing. The room was comfortable we were in the “classic” area. it had a desk very convenient for working remotely.
Very clean and satisfactory basement rooms, in the home of a welcoming and helpful Colombian couple. The beds are very comfortable. Cool and well-ventilated with really good air-conditioning.
The house also has a lounge area on the ground floor and we felt very welcome relaxing there.

Hotel San Diego is a shirt time romance motel. But I am delighted to the hospitality and great services of the staff. The location of the hotel is in the center of the Carnaval 2024 celebration.
