I've really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the area was so beautiful at night. The proximity to I95 is very good. Staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was so clean. I'm from Florida but I never stayed in jacksonville, wish I had more time to explore. I will return.

My door was stuck the key card was messed up the door locks were unsafe the room had a bathroom vent that fell off and when it did there was a needle/syringe in the vent. I am very disappointed in my stay as there were also shady people and cigarettes everywhere especially in front of the steps. I did not fell safe

We enjoyed hanging out in the bar with other guests and patrons who went to the Comedy Show. We talked, laughed and danced until the wee hours of the morning. It was very relaxing for us because we had been riding motorcycles all day and this was the perfect way for us to end our day!

Jacksonville itself is a very beautiful and fun place and I can't wait to visit again I loved the beach, and my kids enjoyed their selves the pool and sauna at the room I stayed in was nice, but the service and rooms are horrible never again!! We went to eat at the hot pot that was a really cool experience. the kids cooked their own meal. but other than the hotel which was Laquinta comfort suites bay meadows.

We visited Jacksonville University. It was a very lovely campus. Definitely a school I would want to attend or want my child to attend. We visited Neptune Beach during our stay. Parking can be tricky but when you find your spot the walk down to the beach wasn't bad at all. We got some wonderful photos and enjoyed a nice walk. The area we were in wasn't as cramped and crowded as we thought it would be. We would definitely go back. We are at Ruby Tuesdays next to the hotel. The waiter was a cut up. Lol. The strip where our hotel had many hotels to choose from.

I lived here 20 years ago. It's not the same place, some good/some bad. Traffic is a nightmare on I95 thanks to the never-ending construction that seems to be the bigger problem than what they are trying to fix,
A room near the airport for our last night. The staff made the difference. We got lost getting there and called and the attendant helped us and confirmed they were expecting us. Room is small but for a last night was pleasant with comfortable bed. Breakfast opens early, 5:30am, although somewhat limited in options. Airport shuttle service very good. we went to the airport to return rental at night and called to get a ride back to hotel in a clean van no problem. Staff at front desk was attentive and in good mod.
We have stayed at this location twice. We like that the room has kitchen amenities and lots of space to spread out. We needed a hotel with cribs and this one provided pack and plays. The morning front desk operation was very helpful and kind. We appreciated the coffee/tea available in the lobby. The first time we stayed there the airport shuttle was quick and easy.
Cannot answer - my reservation was not completed. The front desk could not process my reservation thru my amex and chase visa cards. I had to call Amex Global Travel to reserve room at a local Holiday Inn and contact Uber to take me there from the hotel. In retrospect, it may have been a blessing as I was able to read recent reviews of the hotel facility.
The location was great for getting to the airport. The hotel had transportation to and from the airport which worked out for our needs. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy mattress. Close to restaurants, We were not there for the breakfast since we had a super early flight and left the hotel at 4 A.M.
I loved the location and Jacksonville Beach was close. I always expect a Holiday Inn hotel room to be clean, and this one certainly was. Staff was excellent and helped me figure out how to navigate beach areas, coffee was hot in the lobby, and just a great experience overall.
The beds are super comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff at this hotel are excellent and went over and above what we expected to help us fix a broken cooler. The housekeeping and janitorial staff we far and away excellent and front desk was exceedingly polite.
We had a very nice room with a city view. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and has several options for food and drink. The "rooftop" pool and spa are very nice. The hotel is in a commanding position along the river.
We loved the easy access to downtown Jacksonville and the walkability to a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and we'd definitely stay again!
We had an early flight the next morning and it was a great place to stay! The outside doesn’t represent how nice the inside is, they have truly done amazing job on this hotel! Would recommend it and stay again.
