We love the area the hotel is in. We very much enjoy the wonderful pool area. The rooms are nice and clean & the bed is very comfortable, I love the tub/ shower combination. Milo, the front door greeter always remembers us and treats us like friends!

The hotel and location by the beach was nice. I didn't like the traffic. When we were there they were in the process of building freeway, so to get around was a challenge. I needed to go to the court building on a Friday when it should have been open but it was closed. So we ended up doing the long drive out there for nothing. But we did get to see the beach even if it was only at night.

When you go to TJ the main thing I recommend is have your accomodations in order, do your research beforehand, like restaurants, parking , etc. And never give the police a reason to pull you over, that's when they get you for money.

The breakfast was clean, variety and healthy but personal, people looks angry and mad, lack of friendly, breakfast was included on the booking but looks like they r made because not paying for it.
Room wasn’t isolated, too much noise from neighbors + street, neighbor let the tv run all night and we can’t sleep , street noise was rough, windows didn’t protect from that noise.
Not a good place if u look for a quiet and friendly place to relax, it is good for workers.

The police harassed us a block away because of a back tinted windows and ask for money. They saw we have 4nkids and an elder lady and didn't care. We went to a wedding one minute away to Hacienda Santa Monica which was 1 minute away.

Tijuana is a unique city that can offer a very good experience. Like any larger city it has its extremally wonderful and safe areas and it also has areas that you simply should not visit and would not feel safe. For Americans who respect the rules and regulations of the area should feel safe. The rules are very similar for all large cities in the world. The joy is finding people who are friendly and hospitable by nature. The people of Mexico are considered happier then people in most other countries including America. All that is required is common sense and respect for the culture and your surroundings.

Great Location, Place been updated. Great TV and Cable in Spanish and English. Very Clean the Staff are nice and helpful. They don't play around price like other places in Tijuana if they get busy they jack rate up had few would not honor my paid booking. Place is not Ritz Hotels but it's nice place that is clean, good bed and great shower. Good Bang for the buck. I am happy to make this review since few other place in TJ I had to make very negtive reviews.
I enjoy Hotel Descanso Inn because it's hidden away from all the congested traffic and frustration you'll experience from the Zone Centro district. It's five minutes away from Macroplaza and about twenty minutes from Zona Centro. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance from the hotel.
it was very safe & colourful. I loved the Nevada bricks design & the fact that the apartment had an “outdoor” space. the hotel’s rooftop is very nice & we got complementary pop corn in our room! how cool is that?

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and nicely organized. The rooms where good size for a good price. We had a great nights rest and had no problems with noise in or out of the hotel. We will definitely go back in the future if we travel to Baja California again.

Best value in Tijuana. Close to food, fun and the drinks sold there are appropriately priced. 4 Electrolit's for under $10 and 2 personal LA Cetto Cabs for $11, they seem to really care about providing excellent service.
The location is two blocks from Hotel Ticuan, so it's well located in Centro Tijuana. The gymnasium was good. It contains 3 Life Fitness treadmills and 2 Precor eliptical. Liked the kitchen with a big refridgerator.
The apartment was very good 👍🏻 we had everything we needed in our everyday life. Even a 20L water bottle, all the staff in the kitchen from a pan to knives. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff were so kind and helpful in spite of my lack of Spanish. the room was better than ones I’ve stayed in that were triple the price. Coffee all day and a water refill station was very welcome.

As a pet owner, IBIS is the perfect hotel for me in Tijuana when I travel with my dogs. I also enjoy the location, and relaxed, friendly service provided by hotel staff.
The hotel is nice, staff is helpful. I felt safe, room I was a little outdated but clean. Parking is 15 pesos every time you get your car out, if stamped by the hotel.
